Both ESL and LINC are English Language Training Programs for immigrants wanting to learn to understand, speak, and write English. The ESL program is offered at both Loyola Kingston and Belleville.
The LINC program is offered at Loyola Belleville and is available to immigrants who are permanent residents and do not have their Canadian citizenship, yet. As well, refugees may qualify for the LINC program. The LINC program is funded by the federal government, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC). If you qualify for the LINC program, you may be eligible for assistance for the cost of childcare and transportation.
